MS. LOPEZ

My family came to the United States from Cuba in the 1960s. Years later, I was born and raised in Miami, FL. Growing up in such a diverse city taught me a love for all cultures and how important it is to learn as much as I can about my family roots. I always dreamed of being a teacher. This will be my 22nd year teaching and my 4th year in the Dual Language Program at Beauclerc. This year, I will be teaching in both English (Reading & Math) and Spanish (Reading & Science). I am so excited to embark on a new adventure with all of you! I am committed to our program's goal to help my students become bilingual, biliterate, and bicultural.
